Boil Eagle Brand milk in un-opened can under water for 4 hours. (or see the
safe way to make caramel below). When can has cooled completely (24 hours)
put caramel in bowl. Mix in chopped pecans. Melt chocolate in pan over very
low heat. Place a spoon of chocolate on wax paper. When hardened, , top with
caramel and pecans. Top the chocolate.
