Package strawberry Jell-O
2/3
cup
oil
1/2
cup
milk
4
eggs
1
cup
strawberries
frozen
1/2
cup
coconut
1/2
cup
pecans
Instructions
Combine cake mix and Jell-O. Add oil and milk, mix well. Add eggs, one
at
a
time beating well after each. Stir in frozen strawberries, coconut and pecans.
Bake in 3 greased 8 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for 20-25 - minutes.
Cool.
FROSTING:
1 stick oleo, softened
16 oz. Powdered sugar
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
Cream oleo and sugar. Add strawberries, pecans and coconut. Mix
well
and
spread between layers and on top.
