Melt butter and cool to Luke-warm. Sprinkle yeast over water and stir until dis-
solved. Add egg, butter and sugar to water mixture. Add flour and beat until
smooth. Dough will be like cake batter. Put in greased muffin pan. Bake
at
375 degrees until done - 10 minutes or longer. Will keep up to a week or more
in refrigerator. Rolls are better if mixed one or two day ahead.
