light corn syrup

shortening

vanilla

lemon juice

grated lemon peel
Instructions
Mix sugar, salt, and egg. Blend in syrup. Add shortening, vanilla, lemon juice
and lemon peel, mixing until smooth and creamy. Add more sugar to thicken
or
water to thin frosting, if required, until spreading consistency.
