Hungry Jack Casserole

"Cleazel got this recipe from Louise and passed it on to me. Trey requests this every year for his birthday."

- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 t. salt
- 1 21- oz. Can pork 'n beans
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. instant minced onions
- 1 can Hungry Jack Biscuits 10 count
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown beef and drain.
Stir in next 5 ingredients, heat until bubbly.
Pour into long casserole dish.
Cut biscuits into half circles, placing cut side down on top of casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 25 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
