egg yolks

sifted powdered sugar

lemon extract
Instructions
Over low heat melt butter with the water. Remove from heat (add salt if needed).
Mix in the 2 unbeaten egg yolks, lemon extract. Mix well. Mix in sugar, 1 cup
at
a time. Beat until smooth.
