De-bone chicken and cut up in bite size pieces Set aside. Sauté onion and
pepper in butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and mix well. Add broth slowly. Sim-
mer for 20 minutes. Add chicken and remaining ingredients except half-and-
half. If soup needs thickening - add flour. 5 minutes before serving, stir in half-
and-half. Top with grated cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
