Ingredients
  

CAKE:

  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts chopped
  • 3 apples grated

ICING:

  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz Cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
  • Add salt, soda, flour, vanilla, apples and nuts.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes.
