Sift flour and sugar into large mixing bowl. Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 minutes and add to mixture. Add milk and
stir
to
dough stage. Place on floured surface and roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut
with biscuit cutter and place on greased baking pan. Let rise at room tempera-
ture for 1/2 hour. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
