Ingredients
  

  • 1 large can com 17 oz. Cream style
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup crackers crushed
  • 1/4 cup margarine melted
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper chopped fine
  • 1 T. onion
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 T. sugar
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients, except cheese. Place in a baking dish and top with cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
