Ingredients
  

  • Shirley's Home Economics Recipe
  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 16 oz. Can of pineapple drained
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. curry powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 T. slivered almonds
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing owl, except lettuce and mix well. Chill.
  • Serve on lettuce cups.
