Hawaiian Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Shirley's Home Economics Recipe
 - 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
 - 2 cups chopped celery
 - 16 oz. Can of pineapple drained
 - 1 t. salt
 - 1 t. curry powder
 - 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 3 T. slivered almonds
 - Lettuce leaves
 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing owl, except lettuce and mix well. Chill.
 - Serve on lettuce cups.
