Basic No Cook White Frosting
Ingredients
- 6 T. butter
- Pinch salt
- 1 lb. Box Confectionery sugar
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 5 T. milk
Instructions
- Have butter at room temperature and cream well. Add salt and a bit of the
- sugar, work in well. Add vanilla, more sugar, some of the milk. Add rest of
- sugar and milk alternately, in small proportions, mixing thoroughly. Frosts 2 - 8
- inch cake layers.
