Apple Dipple Cake
Ingredients
CAKE:
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts chopped
- 3 apples grated
ICING:
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 8 oz Cream cheese
Instructions
- Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
- Add salt, soda, flour, vanilla, apples and nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes.
