Instructions
 

  • 1 box German chocolate Cake mix
  • Bake as directed on box in two cake pans. When cool split layers in two.

FILLING:

  • 21 OZ. Frozen coconut
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 2 cups sugar (scant)
  • Mix together well. Spread between layers.
  • ICING: Pre-mixed chocolate icing or make your own and top cake and sides.
