Orange Cake - 2
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, pudding, oil and water. Add eggs, one at a time. Bake in tube pan
- at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
FROSTING:
- Juice of 3 oranges
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T. corn oil
- Mix
- well and pour 1/2 of mixture slowly over cake before taking out of pan.
- Then turn cake onto a plate and pour remaining mixture onto cake.
