Strawberry Pecan Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix
- 3 oz. Package strawberry Jell-O
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup strawberries frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
- Combine cake mix and Jell-O. Add oil and milk, mix well. Add eggs, one
- at
- a
- time beating well after each. Stir in frozen strawberries, coconut and pecans.
- Bake in 3 greased 8 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for 20-25 - minutes.
- Cool.
FROSTING:
- 1 stick oleo, softened
- 16 oz. Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Cream oleo and sugar. Add strawberries, pecans and coconut. Mix

- and
- spread between layers and on top.
