  • HOTEL
  • Founded 1927
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Rum
  • 1 Q. Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat Yolks and 2/3 c. sugar till
  • Lemon colored
  • Slowly Add rum / beat constantly
  • Beat Whites and Sugar till almost
  • STiff. fold rum mix into Whites
  • Beat Cream and fold in to mix.
  • 64 Arlington Street
