Ingredients
  

  • Makes 2 Skillets - from the kitchen
  • 3 cup self-rising corn mea
  • of Wanda Maze
  • 1 t. salt
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 lg. Onion chopped fine
  • 1 c. oil slightly less
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 2 pickled jalapeno peppers
  • chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the above ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. May be
  • frozen uncooked.
