Spoon Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 4 cup self rising flour
  • 2 pkg. Dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and cool to Luke-warm. Sprinkle yeast over water and stir until dis-
  • solved. Add egg, butter and sugar to water mixture. Add flour and beat until
  • smooth. Dough will be like cake batter. Put in greased muffin pan. Bake
  • at
  • 375 degrees until done - 10 minutes or longer. Will keep up to a week or more
  • in refrigerator. Rolls are better if mixed one or two day ahead.
