Spoon Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. warm water
- 4 cup self rising flour
- 2 pkg. Dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
Instructions
- Melt butter and cool to Luke-warm. Sprinkle yeast over water and stir until dis-
- solved. Add egg, butter and sugar to water mixture. Add flour and beat until
- smooth. Dough will be like cake batter. Put in greased muffin pan. Bake
- at
- 375 degrees until done - 10 minutes or longer. Will keep up to a week or more
- in refrigerator. Rolls are better if mixed one or two day ahead.
