Ingredients

  • 2 to matoes
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 pint mayonnaise 1 cup works fine 1 tsp. Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chip all vegetables very fine and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle gelatin in hot
  • water. Stir and let cool. Add cold water. Fold in mayonnaise and salt. Add all
  • other ingredients, mix well. Chill. Serve on bread, crackers or tomatoes.
