Sweet Potato and apple Casserole- - 1
Ingredients
- 3/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Apples
- Sweet potatoes
Instructions
- Cook sweet potatoes and drain. Cut sweet potatoes in slices. Peel and cut ap-
- ples in thin slices. Place a layer of potatoes and a layer of apples up as far as
- you want them and then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Pour
- melted butter over all. Punch holes with knife for butter and sugar to seep down.
- Bake about 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
