Cleazel's Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Elbow macaroni
- 3 T. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 T. margarine
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 lb. Cubed cheese
Instructions
- Make cream sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk. Add cheese and stir until
- melted. DIRECTIONS for cooking macaroni: Slowly add macaroni to 3 quarts
- boiling salted water. Allow water to return to boil. Stir occasionally. Cook for
- 8 - 10 minutes till desired tenderness. Drain, add sauce. Put in casserole dish
- and top with bread crumbs. Bake for about a half hour, till browned.
