Cleazel's Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. Elbow macaroni
  • 3 T. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 T. margarine
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. Cubed cheese

Instructions
 

  • Make cream sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk. Add cheese and stir until
  • melted. DIRECTIONS for cooking macaroni: Slowly add macaroni to 3 quarts
  • boiling salted water. Allow water to return to boil. Stir occasionally. Cook for
  • 8 - 10 minutes till desired tenderness. Drain, add sauce. Put in casserole dish
  • and top with bread crumbs. Bake for about a half hour, till browned.
