Ingredients
  

  • from Shirley's kitchen
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar or less
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, soda and salt. Combine yogurt, oil
  • and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir yogurt mixture into dry ingredients. Stir
  • only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into 8 inch square baking pan.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
