Cornbread
Ingredients

 - 1 cup all purpose flour
 - 1 cup cornmeal
 - 1/4 cup sugar or less
 - 1/2 t. baking soda
 - 1/2 t. salt
 - 1 cup plain yogurt
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 egg
 
Instructions
- Stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, soda and salt. Combine yogurt, oil
 - and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir yogurt mixture into dry ingredients. Stir
 - only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into 8 inch square baking pan.
 - Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
