Party Mix (Microwave)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter 1/2 stick
- 1 1/4 t. seasoned salt
- 4 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 cups of your favorite Chex cereals, ritz bits, oyster crackers, etc.
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup pretzels
Instructions
- In small microwave-safe bowl MELT butter
- Add seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
- Pour cereals, nuts and pretzels into large bowl.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture.
- Gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Spread on absorbent paper towels to cool.
- Store in airtight container.
