Sausage/Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- from Shirley Briggs
- 2 lbs. Sausage - cooked & drained
- 9 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 c. half-n-half
- 1 T. salt
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup Swiss cheese grated
Instructions
- Cut bread in 1/4 inch cubes and place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with sausage and then
- grated cheese. Top with egg and milk mixture. **Cover and refrigerate over-
- night. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until light and fluffy.
- ** Do not skip this step.
