Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 t. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 cup cheese grated
Instructions
- Brown pork chops on both sides. In greased 9 X 13 baking dish arrange potato
- slices. Place browned chops over potatoes. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and
- pepper. Mix well and pout over chops. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375
- degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until pork chops are done.
