Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 cup cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Brown pork chops on both sides. In greased 9 X 13 baking dish arrange potato
  • slices. Place browned chops over potatoes. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and
  • pepper. Mix well and pout over chops. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375
  • degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until pork chops are done.
