Meat Balls and Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

SAUCE:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 T. oil
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 12 oz. Tomato paste
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

MEATBALLS:

  • 3/4 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese parmesan
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 lb. Ground pork
  • 1/2 t. parsley flakes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz. Package long spaghetti - cooked according to package directions.
  • Brown onions in oil add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • Cook slowly one hour. Combine meat ball ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  • Form in small balls and brown in hot oil. Add to sauce and cook over
  • low heat for 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
