Meat Balls and Spaghetti
Ingredients
SAUCE:
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 T. oil
- 1 can tomatoes
- 12 oz. Tomato paste
- 2 cup water
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
MEATBALLS:
- 3/4 lb. Ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese parmesan
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 lb. Ground pork
- 1/2 t. parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz. Package long spaghetti - cooked according to package directions.
- Brown onions in oil add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasoning.
Instructions
- Cook slowly one hour. Combine meat ball ingredients, mix thoroughly.
- Form in small balls and brown in hot oil. Add to sauce and cook over
- low heat for 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
