Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ground cooked corned beef
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/8 t. paprika
  • 2 C. diced cooked potatoes
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and green pepper, cook till tender. Com-
  • bine beef, potatoes, milk and seasonings, add to mixture in skillet., Cover and
  • cook over low heat until hash is brown. About 30 minutes.
