Corned Beef Hash
Ingredients
- 2 cups ground cooked corned beef
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 T. butter
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/8 t. paprika
- 2 C. diced cooked potatoes
- 1/4 c. milk
Instructions
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and green pepper, cook till tender. Com-
- bine beef, potatoes, milk and seasonings, add to mixture in skillet., Cover and
- cook over low heat until hash is brown. About 30 minutes.
