Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 3 lbs. Chicken
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 2 T. oil
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 T. mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 T. Worchester sauce
  • 1 salt
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Instructions
 

  • Quarter chicken and brown in oil; remove to baking pan. Brown onion in drip-
  • pings; add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over chicken.
  • Bake uncovered in moderately slow oven (325 degrees) for one hour. Serve
  • with barbecue sauce from pan.
