Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 t. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Boil sugar, syrup and water until mixture dropped in cold water turns brittle.
  • Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour on but-
  • tered platter.
