Chocolate Cherries
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Powder sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups nuts chopped
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 med. Size jars cherries drained
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredient except for cherries. Use mixture to form a ball
- around cherries.
- Place in double-boiler, 24 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chip and 1/4 pound paraffin
- wax. Dips cherry balls in mixture and place on wax paper to harden.
