Buckeye Balls
Ingredients
- from Cleazel's kitchen
- 1 lb. Butter or margarine
- 2 lb. Peanut butter
- 3 lb. Powdered sugar
- 2 - 12- oz. Packages chocolate chips
- 1/4 lb. Paraffin
Instructions
- Mix first three ingredients and chill. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut.
- Layout on wax paper lined cookie sheets and freeze. While freezing melt
- chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Stick toothpick in frozen ball and
- dip in chocolate. Lay on wax paper to harden. Store in cool place
- ** Might need a little more chocolate so always have 3 bas on hand.
