Pineapple Bar Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- Pinch salt
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sifted flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Instructions
- Into a mixing bowl put butter, sugar and eggs, mix well. Put dry ingredients and
- mix, add nuts and pineapple. Pour in greased pan 9 x 3. Bake in 350 degree
- oven for 30-40 - minutes.
