Butter Nut Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2 t. butter nut flavoring
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Blend Crisco and sugar until creamy. Add flavoring. Add 1 egg at a time,
- beating after each. Add flour and milk. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
ICING:
- 1 box (1 lb.) confectionery sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 T. flavoring
