Beat and Eat Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 egg white unbeaten
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 t. cream of tartar
- 1 can baker's coconut
Instructions
- Mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla in small deep bowl. Add boiling
- water. Beat to stiff peaks. Add coconut.
