Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 large can sweet potatoes drained
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 T. grated orange rind
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 3 T. butter melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 t. salt
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingre-
- dients in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour
- glaze over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
