Pineapple Surprise
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Vanilla wafers crushed
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cup confectionery sugar
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup broken pecans
Instructions
- Place 1/2 of the crushed vanilla wafers in pan. Cream butter, add sugar and eggs
- and pour over crumbs. Layer: pineapple, whipped cream, then nuts. Use re-
- maining crumbs on top.
- Keep refrigerated.
