Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 or 8 chicken breasts or stewing pieces of 3 chickens
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 package Ritz crackers from 3 package box
- 2 teaspoon poppy seed
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo butter
Instructions
- Cook chicken. Cut off bone into pieces. Place layer in 7 x 11 inch buttered
- casserole, mix soup and sour cream, pour over the chicken. Crush crackers
- and combine with poppy seed. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt oleo and
- pour over top. Cook 30 a- 40 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
