Ingredients
  

  • 6 or 8 chicken breasts or stewing pieces of 3 chickens
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 package Ritz crackers from 3 package box
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seed
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken. Cut off bone into pieces. Place layer in 7 x 11 inch buttered
  • casserole, mix soup and sour cream, pour over the chicken. Crush crackers
  • and combine with poppy seed. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt oleo and
  • pour over top. Cook 30 a- 40 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
