Sausage/Egg Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • from Shirley Briggs
  • 2 lbs. Sausage - cooked & drained
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 c. half-n-half
  • 1 T. salt
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Cut bread in 1/4 inch cubes and place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with sausage and then
  • grated cheese. Top with egg and milk mixture. **Cover and refrigerate over-
  • night. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until light and fluffy.
  • ** Do not skip this step.
