Butternut Cake
Ingredients
CAKE:
- 1 pkg Yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup apricot nector
- 2 T. butternut flavoring
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
ICING:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 T butternut flavoring
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Makes 3 layers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
