Ingredients
  

CAKE:

  • 1 pkg Yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup apricot nector
  • 2 T. butternut flavoring
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs

ICING:

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 T butternut flavoring
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients. Makes 3 layers.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
