Mississippi Mud Cake
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs beaten slightly
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour self-rising
- 1 1/2 cups nuts chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Melt butter and cocoa together.
- Add eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake in oblong pan 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- While cake is still hot sprinkle with miniature marshmallows.
- Cover with the following icing.
ICING:
- 1 box confectionery sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 stick butter
- Mix well and put over marshmallows.
