Peach Upside Down Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 lb. Peaches
- 1 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 3/4 T. baking powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 t. almond extract
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Melt butter in skillet or 8 x 8 cake pan. Mix in brown sugar. Layer peaches on
- top of sugar. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, almond extract and milk.
- Mix well and pour on top of peaches. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
