Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 lb. Peaches
  • 1 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 3/4 T. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 t. almond extract
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in skillet or 8 x 8 cake pan. Mix in brown sugar. Layer peaches on
  • top of sugar. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, almond extract and milk.
  • Mix well and pour on top of peaches. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
