Butter Nut Pound Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 2 t. butter nut flavoring
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend Crisco and sugar until creamy. Add flavoring. Add 1 egg at a time,
  • beating after each. Add flour and milk. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

ICING:

  • 1 box (1 lb.) confectionery sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 T. flavoring
