Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box strawberry Jell-O
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup pecans crushed
- 1 cup strawberries crushed and drained
Instructions
- Mix well. Use 3 pans. Bake at 325 or 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
ICING:
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
